In June, 2009, Salzman Real Estate Services was pleased to introduce an Innovative new homebuyer protection program called the Job Loss Protection Program. This non-profit protection pays up to $1,800 monthly for as long as 6 months to Buyers who qualify for unemployment and who lose their jobs within 24 months after closing.
